Πως ανανεώνονται ηλεκτρονικά οι άδειες διαμονής

Ηλεκτρονική υποβολή αιτήσεων ανανέωσης αδειών διαμονής:

Σε εφαρμογή της με αριθμ. 374365/2021 (Β΄5242) Απόφασης του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου, όλες οι αιτήσεις ανανέωσης των τίτλων διαμονής όλων των κατηγοριών (άδειες διαμονής, δελτία διαμονής και δελτία μόνιμης διαμονής), οι οποίες χορηγούνταν σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του ν. 4251/2014 και του π.δ. 106/2007,
υποβάλλονται πλέον ηλεκτρονικά μέσω της ιστοσελίδας του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου (https:///applications.migration.gov.gr/metanasteusi/).

Το αποδεικτικό υποβολής ηλεκτρονικής αίτησης ανανέωσης που προσκομίζουν πολίτες τρίτης χώρας, επέχει πλέον θέση βεβαίωσης, κατά την έννοια της παραγράφου 4 του άρθρου 9 του ν. 4251/2014* («Μπλε Βεβαίωση») και έχει ετήσια διάρκεια.

Συνεπώς, κατά την υποβολή της αίτησης για το πρόγραμμα, στο πεδίο Ημερομηνία Λήξης Άδειας Διαμονής, συμπληρώνεται ένα έτος μετά από την ημερομηνία καταχώρησης του ηλεκτρονικού αιτήματος του πολίτη.

Επιπρόσθετα, η ακρίβεια των στοιχείων και η ισχύς της βεβαίωσης μπορεί να διασταυρώνεται (ελέγχεται) ηλεκτρονικά από τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, είτε μέσω της υπηρεσίας διαλειτουργικότητας των δημοσίων φορέων με το Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα (Ο.Π.Σ) «Μετανάστευσης» του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου, είτε μέσω αναζήτησης στο πεδίο «Ηλεκτρονική Πορεία Φακέλου Πολίτη Τρίτης Χώρας» του Υπουργείου (www.migration.gov.gr ).

Παράταση ισχύος των οριστικών τίτλων διαμονής και των βεβαιώσεων κατάθεσης αίτησης:

Επιπλέον, σε εφαρμογή της 479988/2021 Απόφασης του Υπουργείου Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου (ΦΕΚ 6248/Β΄), παρατείνεται έως την 31η Μαρτίου 2022 η ισχύς των οριστικών τίτλων διαμονής και των βεβαιώσεων κατάθεσης αίτησης πολιτών τρίτων χωρών, που έχουν εκδοθεί δυνάμει του ν. 4251/20214 και του π.δ. 106/2007 (Α΄135), η οποία είχε παραταθεί έως την 31η Δεκέμβριου 2021, δυνάμει της υπ’ 7396/24.3.2021 (Β΄1223) Υπουργικής Απόφασης.

Συνεπώς, κατά την υποβολή της αίτησης για το πρόγραμμα, στο πεδίο Ημερομηνία Λήξης Άδειας Διαμονής, συμπληρώνεται η 31/3/2022, σε περίπτωση που ο πολίτης δεν έχει ήδη υποβάλει ηλεκτρονικά αίτηση για ανανέωση της άδειας διαμονής.

Εάν έχει υποβληθεί ηλεκτρονικά η αίτηση για ανανέωση άδειας διαμονής ισχύουν όσα αναφέρθηκαν ανωτέρω.

How residence permits are renewed electronically

Online submission of applications for renewal of residence permits:

Pursuant to Decision No. 374365/2021 (Β΄5242) of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, all applications for renewal of residence permits of all categories (residence permits, residence cards and permanent residence cards), which were issued in accordance with the provisions of law 4251/2014 and of p.d. 106/2007,
are now submitted electronically through the website of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (https:///applications.migration.gov.gr/metanasteusi/).

The proof of electronic renewal application submitted by third country nationals, now has the status of a certificate, within the meaning of paragraph 4 of article 9 of Law 4251/2014 * (“Blue Certificate”) and has an annual duration.

Therefore, when submitting the application for the program, in the field Expiration Date of the Residence Permit, one year is completed after the date of registration of the electronic request of the citizen.

In addition, the accuracy of the data and the validity of the certificate can be checked (checked) electronically by the public services, or through the interoperability service of public bodies with the Integrated Information System (IIS) “Immigration” of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, or by searching in the field “Electronic Course of the Third Country Citizen File” of the Ministry (www.migration.gov.gr ).

Extension of the final residence permits and application certificates:

In addition, pursuant to Decision 479988/2021 of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Government Gazette 6248 / BD), the validity of the final residence permits and the certificates of application of third country nationals, issued under law n. 4251/20214 and of p.d. 106/2007 (Α΄135), which had been extended until 31 December 2021, pursuant to Ministerial Decision 7396 / 24.3.2021 (Β΄1223).

Therefore, when submitting the application for the program, in the field Expiration Date of the Residence Permit, the 31/3/2022 is filled in, in case the citizen has not already submitted electronically an application for the renewal of the residence permit.

If the application for renewal of a residence permit has been submitted electronically, the above mentioned applies.
