2. Editing and maintaining the connection of General Accounting with Analytical Accounting.
3. Supervision and observance of the identification of the (main and auxiliary) cost centers.
4. Editing and observance of the identification of cost carriers.
5. Supervision and observance of the categorization of cost data into direct or indirect.
6. Supervision and observance of the categorization of cost elements into fixed and variable.
7. Supervising and maintaining the development of the sharing bases and sharing the cost elements in the centers and in the cost carriers.
8. Supervision and observance of the development of the forms and the procedures that will facilitate the operation of the Municipality.
9. Editing and keeping the correction of entries in General and Detailed Accounting in case of discrepancy due to user errors
