Question 10:
Are the interim dividends SA and the temporary withdrawals of EPE and IKE paid within 2020 sent?
Answer:
The taxpayers who paid in 2020 dividends SA or temporary withdrawals of LTD and IKE and have sent them with tax return declarations with detailed registrations according to A.1100 / 2019 in 2020, are not required in an annual file of dividend certificates for tax year 2021 (A. 1275/2021).
