To facilitate those required to submit the annual tax return of the first category of Law 27/1975 (A ’77) using the electronic method of communication through the special network TAXISnet, as well as those required to submit handwritten statements in cases of lease of naked ships and financial leasing of ships of the same category of Law 27/1975 (A ’77), the decision of the Deputy Minister of Finance A.1026 / 2022 was published in the Official Gazette, which provides the following:
1. The deadline for submitting the first category ships tax returns of Law 27/1975 (A ’77), as well as the deadline for payment of the first installment of this tax, especially for the tax year 2022, is extended until March 31, 2022.
