For the first time digitally the publication of the reports of the Cadastral Office

On March 29, 2022, the Publication of the reports of the Cadastral Office for the requests for correction of cadastral data of the properties within the Municipality of Athens begins.

After the Collection of Statements for the properties within the Municipality of Athens, the Pre-Posting and the Posting of the Cadastral data took place and those who disagreed with their results submitted an Application for correction.

On March 29, 2022, the Publication of the reports of the Cadastral Office for the requests for correction of cadastral data of the properties within the Municipality of Athens begins, which is carried out for the first time electronically, through ktimatologio.gov.gr (with taxisnet codes), on specific dates, in order to gather all the substantiated views before the Committee of Inquiry begins its work.

Thus, those who requested correction during the Posting and those owners who are affected (affected) will be informed about the reasoned reports prepared by the Cadastral Office.

Within an exclusive period of thirty days from the date of publication of the report, ie from March 29 to April 27, 2022, they must notify every third affected owner of the submitted application, the report of the Cadastral Office and (if their application has been rejected) the their opposite views that they will have documented, through ktimatologio.gov.gr (with taxisnet codes).

Proofs of notification to the affected owners are submitted within the above deadline through ktimatologio.gov.gr, using taxisnet codes, otherwise the application is rejected.

Affected third parties may, within an exclusive period of thirty days, ie from 28 April to 27 May 2022, either justify their opposing views by providing relevant information or agree in writing to the correction, otherwise they shall be deemed to agree with the correction. .

The request for correction, the report of the Cadastral Office and the substantiated opposing views are forwarded from the Cadastre to the Cases Examination Committees (article 7A of law 2308/95), while, if no opposite opinions have been submitted, the Cadastral Office corrects the registrations.

Please note that:

1. The procedure is performed exclusively electronically at ktimatologio.gov.gr. (with taxisnet codes) within deadlines set by the Hellenic Land Registry and announced on its website.

2. The lawyers and engineers of the applicants and the victims have the right to access the reports and any attachments posted on ktimatologio.gov.gr (using the passwords on portal.olomeleia.gr and the TEE, respectively)
