Few days left to submit “Electronic Asset Declaration System” statements (POTHEN ESCHES)
Deficiencies or inaccuracies of the declaration may be filled in by the obligor spontaneously, within one (1) month from the expiration of the deadline for submission of the declaration.
This means that those who finalize their declaration by February 28th, have the opportunity (if required) for another month, ie until 28/03/2022, to submit amending declarations (additions, corrections, documents, etc.).
In order to have the right to submit amending declarations, the declaration must be finalized by February 28, otherwise the submission will be overdue by law and payment of a fee will be required by the system in order to finalize it (Law 3213 / 2003, art. 6, par. 1).
For any problem or question the public can contact the Compulsory Service Center – POTHEN ESCHES at the telephone number 210-4802100 from 07.30 to 17.00 on working days.
Also, after entering the unified web application, in the section “Do you need help?” It is possible to send a message for any problem that arises during the submission of the Statement of Assets.
